The threaded base of a crushed light bulb can be safely removed from its socket using a potato. Turn off the light and wear protective gloves. Cut the potato in half, remove excess moisture, and press the broken bulb into the soft part of the potato. Unscrew the base by turning the potato counterclockwise.

14. Get clean edges with masking tape

In the absence of skill, it is difficult to get a straight and clean caulking edge. This can be done with painter's tape. Simply apply it above and below the area, apply and smooth the caulk, and remove it while it is still wet. Otherwise, the putty may tear and the straight line may be damaged.

If you still have trouble cleaning grout with conventional cleaners, try using toilet bowl cleaners. After pouring a small amount of cleaner on the grout for about 15 minutes, clean it with a toothbrush, rinse off the cleaner, and dry it with warm water. Here you are! Your floor shines like new!
