It's technically impossible to skip breakfast, so here's a fun fact to know. The word breakfast literally means to break the fast, which means the period of not eating, or fasting, that you would experience during the night while you slept. So even if you go without food until lunch, whatever you eat for lunch is technically your breakfast, because you're breaking your fast. (Unless you get up in the middle of the night for a midnight snack.)
